How quickly will you reply to the form?
We call back within working hours, usually inside an hour. If your appliance is an emergency — a fridge full of food, for instance — please call 9716826434 directly instead of waiting for a reply.
Do you come to my home, or do I bring the appliance?
Both. Fridges and washing machines are almost always repaired at your home. TVs and microwave ovens sometimes need workshop equipment for board-level repair — in that case we collect the unit from you and return it after the repair.
Can I get a price over the phone?
We can give you a realistic range once you tell us the brand, model and symptom. The exact price is confirmed after the technician inspects the unit — and you approve it before any work starts. No surprise charges.
Do you work on Saturdays and public holidays?
Saturday is our weekly holiday, but we keep a technician on call for emergencies. Public holidays are on-call as well. Ring the number and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you that day.
Can I send photos of the problem?
Yes, and it genuinely helps. Send a photo of the model sticker plus a short video of the fault to info@authorizerepaircenter.com or on WhatsApp. It lets us bring the right spare part on the first visit.
