Questions About Our Services
Do you charge more for Lalitpur or Bhaktapur?
No. Repair rates are the same across all three districts — Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. Our workshop is in Samakhusi, so Kathmandu bookings often get the earliest slots, but the price of the repair itself does not change with your location.
Which repairs happen at my home and which at the workshop?
Fridges and washing machines are repaired at your home — they are heavy, plumbed in, and our technicians carry the common spares and gas charging equipment. TVs and microwave ovens need bench equipment for board-level work, so we collect them and return them free of charge.
How soon can a technician reach me?
Bookings made before 2 PM usually get a same-day visit anywhere in the valley. For Bhaktapur and outer Lalitpur we suggest a morning slot so the technician can reach you early in the day's run. Emergency refrigerator calls are prioritised regardless of district.
Can I get a price before booking?
We can give you a realistic range once you tell us the appliance, brand, model and symptom. The exact price is fixed after the technician inspects the unit, and you approve it before any work starts. Call 9716826434 and ask.
Do you service appliances outside these three districts?
Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur are our regular coverage. For locations just outside the valley we handle it case by case — send us your location and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
What does the 90-day warranty actually cover?
Both the parts we fitted and the labour. If the same fault returns within 90 days we come back and fix it at no charge. It applies to every service on this page and in all three districts. It does not cover a new, unrelated fault or physical damage after the repair.
